CMR Announces Two New Attorneys as Associates

Catania, Mahon & Rider, PLLC is pleased to announce that two new attorneys have joined the firm as associates.

 

Eric Santos earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Tampa and received his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. In 2015, he interned for Catania, Mahon & Rider, PLLC, but before joining as an associate, Eric interned with the In-House Counsel for Advance Auto Parts, Inc., the largest automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America.

 

Lani E. Medina graduated from Fordham University School of Law in May, 2010 and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.  During law school, she was an actively-involved student having served as an Associate Editor with The Fordham International Law Journal. She is a corporate transactional attorney with over five years of experience practicing at international law firms in New York City.  Lani has significant experience representing a diverse client base across broad industries in sophisticated and complex corporate/M&A transactions (including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments and commercial contract negotiation and disputes).
