Eve I. Lincoln
Eve I. Lincoln, a native of the Hudson Valley, joined Catania, Mahon, Milligram & Rider, PLLC (“CMMR”) joined the firm in March 2017. Eve earned her Bachelor’s degree in History with minors in Global Studies and Women & Gender Studies from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, VA and received her law degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, NY.
While at Pace, Eve remained very active in the school’s moot court and mock trial competition program, competing in several national competitions including the ABA’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition and the Stetson Law National Pre-Trial Competition. Eve was dedicated to the Women’s Association of Law Students her entire time at Pace, serving on the executive board for three years, and ending as President her final year.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Eve had a successful paralegal career at various law firms specializing in practice areas such as commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, financial services litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, and family law. Eve was previously a summer law clerk for the Hon. Sandra Sciortino, Justice for the Orange County Supreme Court in Goshen, N.Y.
